As part of our dedicated service to you our experienced reception team may ask you why you need to see a clinician for your appointment. We do this for a number of reasons from being able to direct you to the best service and person for your appointment, to enabling the clinician to prepare any testing or facilities that you may require. Our reception team may also be able to help you with your request such as form filling and prescribing requests.
