Do you want a say in how we run the practice?

The Patient Participation Group is a bridge between the patients of the Practice and the staff, both clinical and administrative. Our overriding aim is to help improve the patient experience of the practice and communicate matters of interest relating to the practice to the patients.
If any patient has any concerns which they think we may be able to help with, they should let us know by asking to speak to the practice manager Shirley Ferguson or in writing, and we will take them up with the practice.
