Four Trees Surgery has now relocated to the purpose built Queens Crescent Surgery located in 76 Queens Crescent, London NW5 4EB, less then 100 meters away from its former location. Dr Adam Mehta has retired after over 30 years of service and Dr Nahran Muallah will continue for April 2016 before retiring to ensure a smooth handover to the new clinical team.
